Welcome to Liseer. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these detailed Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Plans and Usage

Liseer offers various tiers of service to cater to different publisher needs:

Free Plan: Designed for beginners. Includes managed AdX & Taboola ads with a 50% revenue share.
Pro & Max Plans: Premium tiers that unlock full platform features, allowing you to use your own ad accounts (AdX MA, AdSense, Taboola) with 0% revenue share to Liseer.

2. Free Plan Earnings and Payments

Users on the Free Plan agree to the following financial terms:

Earning Limit: Monthly earnings are capped at $100. Any revenue generated beyond this limit in a single month will not be credited to the user account.
Payment Schedule: Payments are processed on a Net 30 basis after the end of the month in which the revenue was earned, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold.
Revenue Share: Liseer retains 50% of the gross revenue generated through managed ad units on the Free Plan.

3. Content Compliance and User Responsibility

As a publisher on Liseer, you carry full legal and operational responsibility for the content you publish:

Ad Network Compliance: All content must strictly comply with Google AdExchange (AdX) and Google AdSense Program Policies. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibitions on invalid traffic, adult content, violence, and deceptive practices.
Full Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for all text, images, links, and media uploaded to your lists and domains. Liseer acts solely as a service provider.

4. Copyright and Legal Violations

Liseer has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities:

Intellectual Property: You must own or have the explicit right to use all content you publish. Using copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.
Right to Remove: Liseer reserves the absolute right to delete any content that we deem, at our sole discretion, to violate any laws, copyrights, or these Terms of Service without prior notice.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to protect our platform and partnership ecosystem:

Unilateral Suspension: Liseer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account unilaterally and without prior notice if we believe the user has violated these terms, exceeded platform limits, or engaged in activities that jeopardize Liseer's reputation with ad networks.
Forfeiture of Earnings: In the event of an account suspension due to policy violations (especially related to invalid traffic or illegal content), any pending earnings on the Free Plan will be permanently forfeited and suspended.

6. AI Credits

AI Credits are usage-based digital tokens. Once a credit is consumed for content generation or analysis, it is considered used and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liseer shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, data, or account standing with third-party networks (like Google) resulting from your use of our platform. You use Liseer at your own risk.
